The location was marvellous and comfortable - walk from a zoo and restaurants. You could walk to a supermarket and convenience stores. The idea to include a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators in the family room was nice. It was new-fashioned and had kitchen.

I have just returned from a pleasant stay in this hip new hotel, a nice size and brand-new rooms. The staff is very responsive, top-class. The location is magnificent and favourable, it's close enough to the Ueno park and big train/metro station, several train lines, and JR trains. Taito district deserves to be explored. The venue provides an excellent service. If you need, they offer stable internet.

The family room had an extremely comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette with plenty of space; the rooms were beautifully decorated in Japanese style and the location was fantastic.
